The following services are provided as part of the "Premier Promise" at no cost to your family:

 

• Assist families in understanding, identifying, and locating an independent, personal care , assisted living, or memory care community that meets your criteria for affordability and  convenience while providing high quality care and specialized attention for your loved one                                                                                                                                                                    

• A no-obligation meeting with involved family members, including the loved one's power of attorney (POA)                                                                                                                                        

• A Premier Placement Care Consultant will conduct a free evaluation to determine what communities and level of care to consider                                                                                                                                  

• Tour the facilities together to select the best community for your needs                                                                                 

• Prepare and coordinate all medical paperwork necessary for  placement                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

• Provide follow-up and family support during the transition

 

 

How Is Our Service Provided at No Charge to You?

Premier Senior Placement Services has carefully selected facilities to partner within the Pittsburgh area .  We have an ongoing professional relationship with specific facilities where we are familiar with the level of care provided, key management, social workers and certain members of the health care/nursing staff.

  

As stated earlier, our staff will conduct a personalized consultation to become knowledgeable about what is important regarding your families individual needs and filter out the facilities that would not be well-suited for your loved one. The next step is to personally escort our clients on a tour of the facilities that fit within their parameters.

 

Because Premier Senior Placement Services of Pittsbugh is compensated by our assisted living partners, we are happy to provide our senior placement service at no charge to you.  

 

There are no additional charges, short-term or long-term,  for our service following placement.
